Nursery Admissions





At Selwyn, we offer a range of term-time only nursery sessions to suit different needs:

Morning session: 08:30 – 11:30

Afternoon session: 12:15 – 15:15

All day session: 08:30 – 15:15

 

Two Year Olds

Part-time morning or afternoon sessions for children aged 2 years

This is for children who live locally and are eligible for the Government early education for 2 year olds program.

Full-time sessions for children aged 2 years

The full-time nursery sessions for two year olds can be funded through Government early education program or through paid sessions. Please speak to the school office for further details.

Selwyn Primary – Two year olds nursery sessions waiting list

Three & Four year olds

Part-time morning or afternoon places for children aged 3 or 4 years old

These 15 hour nursery places are free for all children who live in Newham who are aged 3 or 4. 

30 hours places for working parents.

Available to children whose parent or parents they live with are working.

How to Apply

  • If you would like to register your child for our nursery, you can do so prior to them turning two where they will be placed on our waiting list. 
  • Admission will be made, where space is available, upon completion of all necessary paperwork.
  • To register your child, please complete the registration forms linked in this page or contact our school office where our staff will be ready to support you with the application process.
  • If you would like to visit our school prior to making an application, please contact the main office and a tour appointment will be organised.
